Rev. Dawn Douglas Flowers is a graduate of the University of Southern Mississippi and Duke University. She holds a degree in Biological Studies and a Masters of Divinity. She is married to Shawn Flowers, who works as an educator and a coach in the Bay Waveland School District. They have three children, Abby Jo, age 9, Davis, age 7, and Coady, 3.
Our Music Minister
Webb Parker is a Mississippi native and currently serves as Assistant Professor of Music Education at the University of Southern Mississippi. Webb has served churches in Mississippi, Alabama, and Oregon and holds a BM in Church Music from Samford University, and MA in Music Education from the University of Alabama, and a Ph.D. in Music Education and Choral Conducting from the University of Oregon. When not making music, Webb enjoys college football (ROLL TIDE!) and spending time with his 160 lbs great dane named Zeus.

Our Youth Minister
Shawn Flowers, yes, the husband of our pastor, is our youth minister. Shawn has a Coaching degree from the University of Southern Mississippi and is currently working on his Masters in Gifted Education at William Carey University. He teaches Physical Education at North Bay Elementary and is the assistant softball coach at Bay High.
Our Office Manager and Communications Director
Elizabeth Lukes joins us from Long Beach First United Methodist Church’s service, The Well, where she serves as a creative leader. She loves the Bay and is excited to be working here! She enjoys art and creative design, sailing, beekeeping, and spending time with her family.
